Blu, Blu And More Blu!

This is Blu our Granddog, a year ago Chris and Alyssa rescued him!  He has forever changed our lives.  We love him so!  I wanted to share him with everyone!
This is Alyssa his Mommy when trying make her mind up on taking him home!  Seems to me she really did not need to think it over!

Blu and his Daddy Chris also trying figure things out.  I knew the minute they sent me a picture he was coming into our family!

More Bathroom Fun

We are finally getting to the end of the bathroom reno!  Amen!  We are waiting for our perfect piece of grainte and after a few little set backs with it we hope to hear something this week about it's arrival!

 We installed these nice little organizers that slide out, maybe we can keep all our stuff together this way! :)

 This is the back wall finished but not grouted yet.

 The trim goes all around the top of the shower.

Storage sliders and they are amazing and worth every penny.  Next ones are going in the kitchen!

New paint color and all new hardware to update the 70's cabinet! We have a white vessel sink and polished nickel faucet for it!  It will look lovely!

Almost time for finishing the walls and painting!  All the fun decorating stuff has been purchased and I cannot wait to put it together!

Tiffany's Baby Shower!

It took us 6 hours to make this centerpiece, lots of laughs and ribbon cutting!

 Nick is very talented with a knife and watermelon!  The baby carriage fruit was special!

 Custom made cupcakes with edible flowers! White Hot Chocolate with Milk Chocolate Cream Filling and Lemon with Lemon Cream Filling and Lemon Frosting!

 

I hosted a lovely baby shower yesterday for our friends Tiffany and Dru!  The day was filled with laughter and excitement all to welcome Little Miss Camdyn Olivia Benford.  So many beautiful gifts, it was perfect day!  We gave handmade pink and white polka dot coasters as favors, something a little different!

Bathroom Fun!

Well I thought it was time post some pictures of the master bathroom redo! Oh my it is a lot of work for sure. Nick is a real sport though and it will be lovely when it is done! So here are few pictures of the progress. For one he had to replace floor joysts and floor boards. He took the tub out and built a nice big full shower.
